Where can I start a conversation on the platform?
You can start by typing your request into the chat box on the homepage. Alternatively, you can click the agent icons on the right side of the platform or the "Get started" buttons to begin.
How can I share agent tasks with others?
You can click the "share" icon in the top right of the agent task. Alternatively, in the Activity panel, click the three-dot icon next to the relevant task to share it with anyoneâeven those without an Entrapeer account.
How can I download agent outputs as PDFs?
Currently, we do not offer PDF downloads of agent outputs except the research report. However, the research team will respond to your request if needed.
Where can I see the tasks Iâve asked from agents and their statuses?
You can view your active and past tasks in the âActivityâ panel on your homepage.
What languages are supported on the platform?
The platform is currently in English. However, you can change it to your preferred language from the Preferences section under your profile.
Are the platformâs data sources all open-source?
Yes, all data is aggregated from open sources such as websites, news agencies, newsletters, and social media channels. To verify this, donât forget to check the sources within the use cases.
How does the personalized experience work?
When activating your account, we manually add your role and company, along with your interest areas. Over time, the platform tailors content based on your searches and priorities.
What is the "Request more data" button for?
This button allows you to request more detailed or updated information about a use case, company, or research report.
Iâm consistently getting service errors. What should I do?
This may be due to your company's firewall. Please review the troubleshooting document sent by email or found in the resource center.
Responses are delayed or show errorsâwhy?
Again, likely due to firewall restrictions. Refer to the troubleshooting guide.
Can competitors see my conversations?
No. Your interactions and requests on the platform are private and personalized to you.
Can I share agent outputs with people who donât have an Entrapeer account?
Yes, you can share tasks even with non-Entrapeer users. (See also question 3 above.)
What information do agents have about me? Can I edit it?
Your role, company, and interest areas are entered manually during account setup. You canât edit them directly, but you can contact [email protected] for updates.
When should I request a market report?
When you want to dive deeper into a topic, technology, or industry. You can also access published market reports and use Tracy or Nash agents for tracking and competitor analysis.
Are agent tasks generated with human assistance?
All agent tasks are carried out by our highly trained and specialized agents that we have developed to operate with expert-level proficiency.
Who should I talk to if I have a question or issue?
You can use the âRequest more dataâ button in your profile menu, or email [email protected].
What are good prompt examples for talking to agents?
Use the "Get Started" button for prompt examples. You can also try:
- âIâm looking for use cases about efficiency applications in financial services.â
- âI would like to learn how to implement RPA solutions in automotive processes.â
What if I canât find a company Iâm looking for on the platform?
If the platform cannot locate a company, the request is forwarded to the team and the company profile is automatically created and shared with you.
How can I verify the freshness of a use case?
In each use case page, you can find the source and publication date under the "Solution" column with a direct link.
The company profile I viewed appears incompleteâwhat can I do?
Use the âSuggest updatesâ or âRequest more dataâ buttons on the right side of the company profile to notify the team.
How are use cases generated? Are another languages sources also included?
Use cases are continuously scanned and generated from global open sources.
Are sources in other languages also included in the use case generation process or in the reports?
By default, our agents scan global sources without language restrictions. However, if you specify a particular country or language, the search and results can be tailored accordingly.
Where can I find the source of a use case?
On each use case page, you can find the source under the "Solution" column.
What happens when I follow a company?
Youâll receive email notifications when there are updates related to that companyâs news or use cases.
Which agent should I ask for use case listings?
Peer will initially respond with general company and use case suggestions. For more focused outputs, speak with Curie, our Curation Agent.
Why do some use cases show customer names while others donât?
Customer details are shown when the solution providerâs collaboration with the customer has been confirmed through public news sources.
Can I integrate my own memberships to enhance the data sources?
This feature is not available yet but is on our near-term roadmap.
Can I upload my own websites or custom sources to Entrapeer?
Currently not supported, but this is also part of our roadmap.
