Can I request tracking for multiple companies?
Yes, you can include up to 20 companies in a single tracking report request.

 

How do I request data from the last 6 months or 1 year?
You can adjust the "frequency" setting in the table to define the timeframe for your tracking report.

 

I want to cancel a recurring tracking report.
Please email [email protected] to cancel recurring reports.

 

How can I share my tracking report with others?
You can click the "share" icon in the top right of the tracking report. Alternatively, in the Activity panel, click the three-dot icon next to the relevant task to share it with anyone—even those without an Entrapeer account.

 

Where does the tracking report data come from?
It’s aggregated from open sources just like use case data (websites, news agencies, newsletters, social media, etc.).

 

Can I add my own websites as sources for the tracking report?
This is not currently supported but is planned for future development.

 

Can I request my tracking report only in my desired focus area?
Yes. While interacting with Tracy, you can specify this in the Additional Requirements field of the form that appears.

 

How long will it take to receive my tracking report?

You will receive it in about one hour. A notification will be sent to you by email, and it will also appear in the Activities panel.

 

Can I track a person or product?
To track an entity, it must have a valid website. You can only track products with their own dedicated websites.

 

I requested a tracking report from Tracy but don’t see it in my activities.
Tracy requires a two-step submission: confirming the company and choosing tracking details. If it still doesn’t appear after that, contact [email protected].
