I requested a report from Reese, but I don’t see it in my Activities panel.
First, confirm from the conversation history that the task was submitted. If it still doesn’t appear, please email [email protected].

 

How does the research process work with Reese?
After submitting a request, it waits for approval from your "team owner." Once approved, Reese starts working and completes the task in about one day.

 

How many comprehensive market reports can I initiate with Reese?

The number of reports you can initiate depends on your subscription. The quota is specified in the subscription details shared with you.

 

How can I check how many report credits I have remaining?
For any information related to your package, please contact [email protected].

 

Where can I find step-by-step instructions for starting a report?

You can find detailed guidance in the Resource Center under the item “Research Manager Reese Guide”, which outlines the report process step by step.

 

I didn’t receive a confirmation email after requesting a report.
Once you submit a report request, you’ll receive an automated confirmation. If you're not a "team owner," approval will be requested from the team owner first.

 

The report I requested still shows as unapproved. What can I do?
Reach out to your company's designated team owner to request approval.

 

What does the research team contribute to the reports?
All agent tasks — including research reports — are carried out by our highly trained and specialized agents that we have developed to operate with expert-level proficiency.

 

Can I select different personas (e.g. IT team) when requesting a report?
Not yet—but this is on the roadmap.

 

Are modules tailored only to the persona I selected?
Yes, outlines are created based on your position and interests.

 

My task is stuck at 0%. What should I do?
It may not have been submitted. Double-check in the conversation history. If it still doesn’t appear in “Outline Review,” contact [email protected].

This means the outline hasn’t been approved yet. Please contact your team owner to proceed.

 

Can I add as many modules as I want during the modules phase?
Yes, but for faster and more focused results, we recommend limiting the number of modules.

 

The report is too long. How can I read it more easily?
Start with the “Table of Contents” and read the “Executive Summary” section for a quick overview.

 

Can competitors see the reports I requested?
No. Reports are private to you and your team. You can choose to share them manually if desired.

 

Can I edit the content after approving the modules?
Currently, changes are not possible once the modules is approved.

 

Can I cancel a report request after submission?
This feature is not yet available but is on the roadmap.

 

Can I request a revision after receiving the report?
Yes, just email [email protected] with the modules you'd like revised.
