🔹 Usage Rights & Package Information

What are my trial rights?
During the trial period, you can freely use all agents without any limits. However, you're entitled to request only one market research report per company. You can still browse and view all published use cases and reports on the platform.

 

How can I see how many rights we have left in our package?
For any information related to your package, please contact [email protected].

 

Can multiple users log in using the same account?
We strongly recommend that each user logs in with their own account, as the platform delivers personalized results.

 

Does browsing published reports and use cases consume any credits?
No. You are free to explore and read all published content during and after your trial. It does not impact your usage rights.

 

If I initiate a research task, will it consume one of our team’s rights?
Yes—if the "team owner" approves the request, it will consume one market research report from your team’s quota.

 

As a team owner, will my quota be consumed immediately when I start a report, and how can I track this?

When you initiate a report as team owner, please note that the report process is different from our other agent tasks (see the "Research Manager Reese Guide item in the Knowledge Base). You will receive an email notification once the request is submitted, and you can cancel it directly via that email if needed.

🔹 Team Usage & Management

What are the benefits of creating a team? How are roles defined?
You can manage and monitor your team. There are three roles within teams: owner, co-owner, and member. If you're team owner, you will receive the approval requests whenever other team members initiate a comprehensive report with Reese.

 

Can I see what other team members are searching for?
No. Due to data protection (GDPR), you cannot view other members' search activities.

 

Can I prevent others in my team from requesting research reports?
Yes. Research reports are only initiated once the team owner approves the request.

 

Can my entire team view content tailored for us? Where can they access it?
Yes. All reports produced for your team can be accessed from the Dashboard section, if you like.

🔹 Startup Connection Service

What is the startup connection service?
This service enables you to get directly connected with any startup you’re interested in.

 

How do I request this service?
You can click the “Contact via Entrapeer” button on a startup’s profile to initiate the process or email to [email protected]

 

Do we have a quota to use this service?

The quota is specified in the subscription details shared with you. You can view it under the "Startup Connection Service" section.

 

Is there an extra fee for contacting startups via Entrapeer?
The details are included in your agreement with Entrapeer. For more information, please contact [email protected].
